ESL Orientation

Some schools will provide an orientation session that may or may not be mandatory. It is suggested that you actively participate in these orientation sessions as they will allow you to make new friends and learn a bit about the curriculum and suggested teaching methods.

They will also introduce you to some of the entertainment avenues in Korea. Often these sessions are held in the large cities of Seoul or Pusan but sometimes they are held in the countryside to provide some outdoor activities as well. This will often be your first real interaction with the school system so maintain a positive attitude and the staff will remember you for it.
